Overview

Osage is currently in the pre-development phase to build a 43-unit boutique class A multifamily project in the West Wash Park neighborhood of Denver (the “Project”).  Once fully entitled, we estimate a 2-year development and stabilization period, after which we plan to seek long-term financing for the balance of our longer term hold period.
