Kirk Scott
Principal
Mr. Scott is the co-founder and principal of Osage Properties Group and focuses on the company’s real estate investment and development activities. Mr. Scott has been active in private equity investments for 15 years and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate fund sponsored by Black Creek Group from 2009 through April of 2018. During his tenure, Mr. Scott was a member of the Investment Committee that oversaw ~$6.3 billion of investment activity covering over 120 real estate investments and over 30 debt investments. Mr. Scott also served as the Chairman of the fund’s Valuation Committee responsible for overseeing the fund’s valuation activities. Mr. Scott started his career in 2000 with Arthur Andersen and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Brian Funk
Principal
Mr. Funk is the co-founder and principal of Osage Properties Group focusing on the sourcing and execution of the company's real estate investment and development activities. Mr. Funk spent 14 years as an executive at Citigroup in New York City, running and managing the firm's North American Credit Derivative trading business. His record of delivering performance through various credit cycles, building, developing and leading teams, and advising on overall business strategy is now being applied to Osage as he focuses on building their real estate development business under the Osage Properties Group banner. Mr. Funk graduated from the Wharton Business School with a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting in 2005.
