Osage is currently under construction on a project that will embrace the charm of Tennyson Street with a class A mixed-use 3-story apartment project comprised of 27 apartments and ~3,000 square feet of retail in the Berkeley neighborhood of Denver.  The site is uniquely centered in the heart of Tennyson across from Cesar Chavez park which will provide residents peaceful living without compromising a prime location and the convenience of local amenities.

The expected construction completion date is 1Q 2025.  Partners on the project include Alpine Investments, Schneider Building Company, NEO Studio, and Elevations Credit Union.
